Leasing can be an advantage by saving some of your startup capital for other things. However in my experience, not everything for your FEC can be reasonably leased. For example, when we looked into it we were told by more than one lease company that they could get us up to 90% funding, but in truth we never heard from two of them and the third guy was able to get us about 30% of our total equipment costs. Overall a pretty dismal experience for equipment leasing.
